EXECUTIVE (KUALA TERENGGANU BRANCH)

Responsibilities
  • To handle estate files i.e. carry out investigation, issue Letter of Administration, realization and transfer of deceased assets and etc
  • To handle trust files i.e. investigation process, preparation of Trust Deed, prepare for monthly maintenance payment, schooling or festival payment and etc
  • To provide a professional services to clients or beneficiaries through discussion, meeting and telephone conversation
  • To attend High Court related to estate administration cases for hearing
  • To prepare monthly report i.e. ISO report, L.A report, files progress and etc
Qualification / Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Law / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related fields.
  • Proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge on computer and IT skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
